These terms explain the rules for using RoutePulse, in plain words. By creating an account or using the planner, you agree to them.
Who we are
- RoutePulse is run by Route Pulse, based in Oklahoma, United States. Questions: staylor71@proton.me.
Using RoutePulse
- You can plan routes for free up to the free stop limit. Premium plans raise the limit and add driver tools.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You're responsible for the addresses, customer names and phone numbers you enter, and for having permission to use them.
Your account and drivers
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens in your account and in the driver accounts you create or invite.
- Driving directions, ETAs and distances are estimates. Drivers must follow traffic laws and use their own judgment on the road.
Paid plans
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay.
- Monthly plans renew every month until you cancel. If a plan starts with a free trial, the first charge happens when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Lifetime plans are a one-time payment for as long as RoutePulse runs.
Refunds
- You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment by emailing staylor71@proton.me.
- After 14 days, payments aren't refundable. You can still cancel a monthly plan anytime and keep Premium until the end of the month you paid for.
What you can't do
- Use RoutePulse for anything illegal, to send spam texts, or to track people without their consent.
- Try to break, overload, copy or resell the service, or get around plan limits or free trial rules.
Your content
- Your routes and data stay yours. You let us store and process them only to run RoutePulse for you. Our Privacy policy explains the details.
Our responsibility
- RoutePulse is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
- As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
- You can close your account anytime by emailing staylor71@proton.me. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes and governing law
- If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. Using RoutePulse after a change means you accept it.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma, United States.
